Question 4

Do I need insurance?

Answer

It is a requirement to have insurance for the longer weekend trips. Although we will look after each other and keep everything safe, all your possessions are your own responsibility.

Question 5

What is your cancellation policy?

Answer

FAO Multi-day trips only.

If you wish to cancel your adventure 30 days or more prior to the event, you will receive a full refund minus a £20per/person deposit.

If you cancel less than 30 days before a trip we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. At this stage accommodation and trail guides will have been booked. Please make sure you have insurance to claim back your money in the event of an emergency.

If we need to cancel the trip you will be entitled to receive a full refund or make an alternative booking.

Question 6

What are your payment terms?

Answer

Adventures must be paid in full 30 days prior to the trip. To confirm a trip before this date you will need to pay a £20per/person non-refundable deposit.

Question 7

What happens if the weather forecast is really bad?

Answer

There is not much that can stop us from going out on the trails, but we may be forced to make alterations to the itinerary based on extreme weather conditions.

We will always keep an eye on the forecasts in the days leading up to the trip and inform you of any adaptations immediately.

A bit of adverse weather is part of the fun!

Question 8

What is your heath and safety procedure?
