What to bring?

It's extremely important that you are prepared for different situations that arise when trail running.

Below we've put together a short list of items we recommend you carry when trail running.

One-day adventures

Please aim to bring everything below for any of our shorter trips.

  • Trail running shoes
  • 500ml water
  • 1 x energy gel or bar
  • Small rucksack
  • Sun hat (if it's hot)
  • Hat & gloves (if it's cold)
  • Light water resistant jacket
  • Cash (for treats)
  • Mobile phone (fully charged)

Weekend adventures

For a longer trip, you should pack your normal weekend bag, everything on the one-day list, plus...

  • Normal workout trainers
  • Small first aid kit
  • Lot's of comfy running socks
  • Whistle
  • Chargers for GPS watch
  • Extra gels/nutrition
