Join us on the trails in an around London for your Sunday long runs.

Training Intermediate

The routes will be completed as a training run at 9-9:30 min/mile (5:35-6:00 min/km) pace.

We will run at a consistent pace and have a few structured breaks to allow us to take on nutrition and water.

Running pace

Tickets

You can purchase individually or buy a half/full pass to receive discounts.

  • Individually: £8 per run.
  • Half pass (3 runs, you choose): £22
  • Full pass (all 6): £40

You are required to organise travel to/from the start/finish locations. These are all at train stations with easy access to central London.
