Tickets

You can use Oyster or contactless payment to get to Chingford on the London transport network.

What to bring?

We do not have a bag drop available so only bring what you can run with.

Water

It is recommended that you cary water with you, either in a bottle or a running bag/vest. We will be out on the trails for around 75 minutes and it is likely to be a warm day.

Shoes

Trail running shoes are a good idea to help with the uneven surface. Normal running shoes will be fine but it's worth investing if you are going to do more off road running.
