Greensand Ridge trail run

Distance — 28.75km

Terrain — Lanes, dirt paths & woodland

Profile — Undulating (not especially hilly)

From London St Pancras we will be taking the 08:51 arriving into Flitwick at 09:39.

We have organised a short taxi ride to the trail to avoid running the first two miles on road.

On arrival in Sandy you are welcome to join us for lunch and drinks. Trains depart twice an hour from back to London taking 50 minutes. We will leave together once we've finish eating.

As we have to book two separate journeys it is advisable to book tickets through us, as this includes a group discount. If you have a railcard you can also redeem the same discount.

As this is an A to B run you will need to either arrange pick-up or drop off as there will be no transport back to the start.

Please bring water, gels, food, things you like to sustain the distance. There will be toilets on route where you can refill you bottles.

On arrival in Sandy we will make our way to a nice country pub for refreshments.
