Icknield Way (Part 3)
For part 3 we started within Ivinghoe in the Chiltern Hills and made the 29km journey all the way to Harlington within Bedfordshire. A good effort by all involved, especially the three dogs!

Kingswood sits within the North Downs and has a great selection of trails and footpaths surrounding it.

Back on the Icknield Way for our second run, after a few train problems we made it out and had a great 16km run around the Wendover area.

Having completed the first half in November, we were back on the Greensand Ridge to tick off the remaining miles. Maybe next time we'll run the full 60km in one day?

For this event The Chiltern Society asked us to host a trail run as part of the Chiltern Heritage Festival. It was a great day out exploring Whiteleaf Hill and the surrounding areas, we will definitely be back!

Having not been to Epping since the cold Winter months it was nice to be back for a refreshing 10km loop in the rain!

Finishing off our London Marathon training series in style. 22 miles down the Thames from Richmond, looping back through Hampton Court, Bushy & Richmond Park.

For the 5th round of our marathon training runs we followed the River Lea for 20 miles, starting in Tottenham and finishing in Hertford.
