09:50 Meet at Tottenham Hale Station
10:00 Start run
13:15 Finish run at Hertford East
13:39 Depart Hertford East
14:14 Arrive back into Tottenham Hale.


Please make your way to Tottenham Hale station for 09:50 ready for a 10:00 start.

Tottenham Hale is on the Victoria underground Line and the national rail network.

From Hertford East there are trains back to Tottenham Hale (and to Liverpool Street) every half an hour. Train journey is 35 minutes and the cost of a ticket with group discount is £6.85.


The route will start at Tottenham Hale station where we will head North for 20 miles along the River Lea.

The route will finish at Hertford East station where we will get the train back to Tottenham Hale.

It is also worth noting that there are train stations at 14km, 18km, 23km and 28km if you were unable to complete the full distance.
