This series will guide runners and their dogs on a selection of routes perfect for Canicross in Bedfordshire.

This is a brilliant opportunity to explore new routes and meet other runners and their dogs.

We will be organising six routes in total, all on Sunday's at 9am.

Level 2 runs are a mixture of flat and undulating sections on runnable terrain.

Our difficulty level reflects the amount of elevation you will encounter on the route and a measure of how tough/technical the terrain is.

Back in another Forestry England site with wide paths ideal for running with dog.

This route will be just under 9km and a good test for you and your pooch.

Unfortunately there is no coffee point for this run.

If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
