A scenic 10 mile run on a undulating route through Epping Forest.

10:30 Meet at Chingford Station
10:45 Start run
12:15 Finish run
12:30 Optional coffee/lunch at cafe.


Chingford Station is easily accessible on the London Overground network.

The easiest route from central London is to take the tube to Walthamstow Central and change onto the overground from there.


The route will start at Chingford station which is on the edge of Epping Forest.

We will complete a circular route around the forest on the main footpaths, finishing at a local cafe near the station.
