A scenic 16 mile run though the Chiltern Hills.

10:30 Meet at Tring Station
10:45 Start run
13:15 Finish run
13:30 Optional coffee/lunch.

Transport

Please make your way to Tring station for around 10:30 for an 10:45 start.

If you are travelling from London Euston you can catch the 10:01 train which arrives at 10:36.

Route

The route will start at Tring station in the heart of the Chiltern Hills.

Tim Mills, our local trail guide will be leading us out on a beautiful route around the area.

Chiltern Hills trail guide

Chilterns local Tim has a background in teaching & coaching as well as holding awards in athletics & orienteering.

He began running seriously 5 years ago after the birth of his first child, starting with 5k/10k local road races to lose a few extra pounds. Shortly after he signed up for his first trail marathon, deciding that's where running should taking place!

Now his mission is to convert everyone he meets to the beauty of the trails.
