A scenic 22 mile run up the Thames Path starting in Richmond.

This route will be completed as a training run at 9-9:30 min/mile (5:35-6:00 min/km) pace.

09:50 Meet at Richmond Station
10:00 Start run
13:30 Finish run
13:30 Optional coffee/lunch

Transport

Please make your way to Richmond Station for 9:50 ready for a 10:00 start.

Route

The route will start at Richmond station. Where we will head to Richmond Park to complete a loop of the Tamsin trail.

We will then continue south on the Thames Path to Hampton Court, looping round in Bushy park and heading back up the river to finish back in Richmond.
