The run is a 10 mile loop that takes you around the Ashridge Estate, finishing at an outdoor cafe a mile from the station.
A stunning trail run in the Surrey Hills

Travel: Victoria to Dorking (52 mins)
Refuel: Dorking High Street
Dorking is just 50 minutes from Victoria and sits in the heart of the Surrey Hills.
This route takes you through Dorking and into the Greensand Hills which provides breathtaking views. This one has quite a few hills but it's worth it.

Travel: Chingford (Overground)
Refuel: The Larder
Take the Victoria line to Walthamstow, change to the Overground and travel one stop to Chingford.
From Chingford Station you enter the forest at the southern most point with miles of epic trails to explore. This is a good one for staying in the shade on a hot day.
Follow the River as far as your legs can manage.
Distance: 0-32km (0-20 miles)
Travel: Tottenham Hale (Victoria Line)
Refuel: Pubs at each end point
Start at Tottenham Hale station and then run as far through the Lea Valley Park and Hertfordshire as you like.
End points include Cheshunt (14km), Broxbourne (18.6km), Rye House (23km), St Margarets (25km), Ware (28.8km) and Hertford East (32km).
