This series will guide runners and their dogs on a selection of routes perfect for Canicross in Bedfordshire.
This is a brilliant opportunity to explore new routes and meet other runners and their dogs.
We will be organising six routes in total, all on Sunday's at 9am.

Pacing & difficulty
This run has a pacing level of Easy.
Our Easy paced runs will be led at approximately 6:45min/km (10:50min/mile)*
These runs are aimed at people newer to trail running but anyone is welcome.
*This pace will vary dependent on the terrain/elevation, so there are times when we go faster, slower & hike.

This run has a difficulty level of 2.
Level 2 runs are a mixture of flat and undulating sections on runnable terrain.
Our difficulty level reflects the amount of elevation you will encounter on the route and a measure of how tough/technical the terrain is.

This run takes us around the Forestry England site near Chicksands.
The trails are sandy with some short inclines.

Unfortunately there are no cafe's for this route.
If we can reserve an area we will, however we don’t formally book a table as this often requires a deposit/exact numbers. If the chosen pub/cafe is full or busy we will try somewhere else.
What to bring
Trail running shoes
Wear appropriate shoes for uneven terrain & muddy conditions!
Carry at least 500ml of water with you.
You're unlikely to forget this but please remember to fully charge it.
